About Fleet Titan
Fleet Titan is run by Fleet Titan. It is a daily compliance log for UK businesses of all sizes — electricians, telecoms contractors, fire and security companies, scaffolding firms and field engineers. These businesses have to keep vans roadworthy and keep track of expensive tools and stock moving between them, and Fleet Titan covers all your fleet compliance needs in one place.
How your data is kept safe
- Each company's vans, tools, checks, stock and staff are kept completely separate. One company can never see another's records.
- Staff only join your company by invitation from you or your managers.
- Defect photos are stored privately and only shown to people in your company.
- Our team cannot open your fleet records unless one of your managers approves support access. Each approval lasts 24 hours, can be revoked at any time, and everything viewed or changed is logged for your managers to see.

What happens when a defect is reported
- The driver records the defect during their walkaround check, with photos if needed.
- It appears straight away on the manager dashboard.
- If it is marked dangerous, the van is taken off the road and shown as unavailable.
- Only a manager can clear it once it is fixed. Who reported and who cleared it, and when, is recorded.
